Returns

- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.

Initiating a Return
- Contact Customer Service: Email us at returns@etronllc.com or call (123) 456-7890 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include the RMA number and a copy of the original invoice.
- Shipping: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
